Charles Celesia joined the Compass Team from West Avenue Realty, a boutique Miami brokerage where he was the top-producing sales associate from 2013-2015.

Beginning in 2008, Charles was responsible for handling the firm’s web design and creative online marketing. After graduating from George Mason University in 2011, where he also ran Cross Country & Track, Charles went on to obtain his real estate license, transitioning from the marketing team to an agent.

Growing up in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Charles believes his successes in Real Estate are attributed to a very close family structure, as a strong moral compass and other important values were instilled into his mentality. Due to his father being an entrepreneur, many intangible tools were at Charles’ disposal, affording success at a young age. Meanwhile, Charles was able to observe what it takes to hold a family together, as his mother was their backbone, absorbing her effervescent personality that is necessary in the Real Estate world.

Viewing himself more as a real estate consultant than a salesperson, Charles naturally loves to spend time developing relationships with his clients on a personal level. Quite often, you’ll find him laughing and tossing back a few drinks over brunch with clients, or even sharing a night out in the town.

Specializing in selling residential condos in the Brickell, Downtown, Midtown, and Edgewater areas, Charles has clientele from Sunny Isles to Coral Gables. He has a plethora of experience in successfully closing short sales, foreclosures, and pre-construction contracts.
